Staffing agency and logistics operator
You can hire skilled staff and manage the work yourself — or let us take over the entire operation under our own responsibility for resources and coordination. Both come with regular teams, an on-site team leader and a fully digital management system.

The MTEK model
A professional logistics operator with dedicated management and scalable capacity.
MTEK is both a staffing agency and a logistics operator. You can hire staff and keep control yourself — or let us carry full responsibility for resources and coordination across the whole operation, including management, planning and quality assurance.
We have regular teams at sites in Taulov, Børkop, Aabenraa and Padborg, where we carry out work for some of Denmark's largest companies.
Responsibility for resources and coordination
MTEK is responsible for staffing, planning, management and quality assurance of the delivery. The customer defines the task – MTEK carries it out.
Dedicated teams
The same named people at each site and a team leader who is on site every day.
Our own temps + partners
MTEK has its own temporary workers on the teams and adds capacity through established recruitment partners when needed. Everyone is trained in the task by a team leader on site.
Digital management system
In-house system for time registration, container management, photo documentation and automatic reporting.

Regular teams at four sites
Taulov, Børkop, Aabenraa and Padborg. The same people on the team week after week and a team leader on site — not new faces every day.

Container unloading & quality
A systematic process with digital documentation.
-
01
Weekly container list
The customer sends a list of the week's containers. MTEK plans and coordinates the rest.
-
02
Unloading
Systematic unloading with continuous registration of packages and pallets.
-
03
Documentation
Photo documentation of damaged goods. Volume and status are registered digitally.
-
04
Completion notice
A digital completion notice is sent to the customer. The container is marked as finished.
Intelligent container sorting
An in-house system that guides every single box to its place — with full traceability from container to pallet, in real time.
MTEK's scanner system unloads and sorts entire shipping containers. The operator scans a box — and the system instantly shows exactly which pallet it belongs on. The result is faster unloading, far fewer sorting errors and a complete trail for every single box.
It is not a generic off-the-shelf product, but a system built from the inside for how the work actually happens on the floor: fast, robust and designed for the conditions you face when a container has to be emptied against the clock.

boxes scanned to date
Every box is assigned its pallet the moment it is scanned. Each one has its own code and its own trail — from container to pallet. Not a trial, but a system in daily use.
Without a system
- Thousands of boxes and hundreds of item numbers in one container
- Easy to put a box on the wrong pallet
- No overview of progress while the work is under way
- Impossible to trace a single box afterwards
- Knowledge sits in the heads of individual workers
With MTEK's system
- Every box is assigned its place automatically
- The same item ends up in the same place — every time
- Live overview of progress for both the floor and management
- Every box can be traced: when, where and by whom
- The process is the same no matter who is at the conveyor
-
01
Choose a container
The operator starts a sorting job and selects the container to unload. The system automatically fetches the container's packing list and stores it locally.
-
02
Scan the boxes
Each box is scanned as it comes out. The system recognises the box by its unique code and looks it up in the packing list in an instant.
-
03
Follow the instruction
The screen immediately shows which pallet the box belongs on. The operator places it — no doubt, no memorising, no guesswork.
-
04
Mark as finished
When the container is empty, it is marked as finished directly from the scanner, and its status is updated in the central system.
Automatic pallet assignment
The system knows the container's contents in advance and tells you at every scan exactly which pallet the box belongs on — including smart mixing rules so that small batches use the space efficiently.
Tracking of every single box
Every box has its own unique QR code, and every event is stored immutably. The system knows the individual box — not just the item number — so you can always document when and where a specific box was handled.
Works offline
Sorting does not depend on a stable network. The system keeps working locally even if the connection drops — so unloading never comes to a halt.
Duplicate protection
Because every box is unique, the same box cannot be counted twice. Scan a box that has already been registered and you are told straight away.
Adapted to each warehouse
Different warehouses have different pallet layouts. The system is configured per site, so the instructions always match the physical reality on location.
Voice control
Hands free: pallets can be closed and handled with voice commands, so the operator does not have to put the box down to use the system.
You see exactly what is happening — as it happens
All hours, containers and deviations are registered in Containly, our in-house operations platform. You get dedicated access — not a report a month later.
Containly is not a system we bought and adapted. It was written from scratch by people who work on the floor themselves, because no off-the-shelf product could keep up with the way the work actually happens.
For you, this means hours, packages, cubic metres and deviations are registered in one place while the work is being done. The numbers you see in your dashboard are the same numbers on the invoice.
Your own dashboard
Real-time overview of your containers, hours, volume and progress. You log in and check the status yourself — no need to call and ask.
Weekly report for approval
An automatic report with hours, m³ and billing. You approve it, and only then do we invoice. No surprises on the invoice.
Photo documentation of deviations
Damaged goods are photographed directly in the system and automatically linked to the right container. It is the documentation you need for a claim.
Digital completion notice
When a container has been emptied, you are notified with its status, time and the responsible worker. Automatically, the moment it is closed.
Traceability at box level
Every box can be documented: when, where and by whom it was handled. Not just how many were unloaded.
One set of data all the way
Each hour is registered once and used in both directions. No double entry and no spreadsheets in between — and therefore fewer errors in what you are invoiced for.
Containly has been in daily use throughout its development — it is not a pilot project. Access is granted per site, so you only see your own data.
The resource process
How it works in practice.
-
The customer defines the need – number of FTEs, working hours, task types and required skills.
-
MTEK puts the team together – from our own temporary workers, supplemented by recruitment partners when needed. Everyone is screened and introduced to the task.
-
An MTEK team leader coordinates daily – the on-site team leader manages attendance, rota, quality and communication with the customer.
-
Digital documentation and reporting – all hours, containers and deviations are registered. The customer receives automated reports.
-
Continuous improvement – MTEK adjusts staffing and processes based on data and dialogue with the customer.
