Warehouse jobs in the Triangle Region – no experience needed, plenty of hours

MTEK has regular teams in Taulov, Børkop, Aabenraa and Padborg, and we are always looking for people for container unloading, packing and general warehouse work. Whether you live in Kolding, Vejle, Fredericia, Middelfart or down by the border, one of the teams is usually less than half an hour's drive away.

You are employed as a temp, but with plenty of hours. We have work all year round, and you decide how many shifts you want.

Four teams, short journeys

Our team in Taulov is the largest and sits in the middle of one of Denmark's busiest transport and logistics areas. The team in Børkop, between Vejle and Fredericia, works with container unloading. In South Jutland we have two teams: one in Aabenraa and one in Padborg by the border.

From Kolding it is about 20 minutes to Taulov, from Vejle about 15 to Børkop, from Fredericia about 10 to Taulov and from Middelfart about 15 across the Little Belt Bridge. We run carpooling to all four sites, so you do not need your own car.

What the work is like

The work is container unloading, sorting onto pallets, picking and packing — and warehouse work with a forklift for those who hold a licence. You are trained from your first shift and have a team leader on site every day. We have had zero workplace accidents in 42,440 registered working hours, and we intend to keep it that way.

Which towns do you cover?

We have teams in Taulov, Børkop, Aabenraa and Padborg, and people travel to them from Kolding, Vejle, Fredericia, Middelfart and all of South Jutland.

Can I choose which team I join?

Tell us when we call. We try to put you on the team closest to you, with the shifts you want.

What will I earn?

Pay and conditions follow the collective agreement, and wages are paid monthly. We will tell you the exact rate when we call — including the supplements for evenings, nights and weekends.

How many hours can I get?

You decide. Some people want full weeks, others want a few shifts alongside studies or another job. We have enough work for both — it is not a few days of work and then nothing.

Do I need to speak Danish?

Danish or English is enough. We speak Danish on the team, but your team leader can easily explain things in English if that is easier for you.

Do I need warehouse experience?

No. Most people on our teams started without any experience. You are trained by a team leader who is on site every day.

Is there an app?

Yes. Once you are set up with us, you get the MTEK GROUP app for iPhone and Android. That is where you bid on open shifts, see your calendar and follow your hours and supplements for the period. You log in with your phone number and a code sent by text. The app itself is in Danish. Read more about the app.

Can I get a forklift licence?

Yes. Once you have been with us for three months, we pay for your forklift licence. If you already have one, tell us straight away — we have jobs where forklifts are used.

How old do I need to be?

You need to be 18 or over.
