Forklift driver jobs – and a paid licence if you do not have one
MTEK needs forklift drivers at all four teams: Taulov, Børkop, Aabenraa and Padborg. If you hold a valid licence, you can get started straight away.
If you do not have a licence, we pay for the course once you have been with us for three months. So you start on the floor and drive a forklift afterwards — without paying anything yourself.

What you will be driving
Forklift work with us goes hand in hand with container unloading: pallets are moved from the unloading area to storage, goods are moved between zones, and items are stacked on and taken down from racks. It is not forklift driving all day — you are part of the team and also lend a hand when a container needs emptying.
We use forklift trucks. If you have experience with other types, tell us when we call.
We pay for the course
After three months with MTEK, we pay for your forklift licence. The licence is yours to keep, and it remains valid if you change jobs later.
The scheme applies at all four locations. Kasper will explain the details when you talk.
What we expect
You need to be 18 or over, turn up reliably and enjoy physical work. Danish or English is enough — we speak Danish on the team, but your team leader can explain things in English.
Experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. We train people.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay the course back if I leave?
We agree on that specifically before the course starts. Ask Kasper when you talk.
Can I drive a forklift from my first shift?
Yes, if you hold a valid licence. Tell us as soon as we call.
Does the offer apply at all your locations?
Yes — Taulov, Børkop, Aabenraa and Padborg.
What will I earn?
Pay and conditions follow the collective agreement, and wages are paid monthly. We will tell you the exact rate when we call — including the supplements for evenings, nights and weekends.
How many hours can I get?
You decide. Some people want full weeks, others want a few shifts alongside studies or another job. We have enough work for both — it is not a few days of work and then nothing.
Do I need to speak Danish?
Danish or English is enough. We speak Danish on the team, but your team leader can easily explain things in English if that is easier for you.
Do I need warehouse experience?
No. Most people on our teams started without any experience. You are trained by a team leader who is on site every day.
Is there an app?
Yes. Once you are set up with us, you get the MTEK GROUP app for iPhone and Android. That is where you bid on open shifts, see your calendar and follow your hours and supplements for the period. You log in with your phone number and a code sent by text. The app itself is in Danish. Read more about the app.
Can I get a forklift licence?
Yes. Once you have been with us for three months, we pay for your forklift licence. If you already have one, tell us straight away — we have jobs where forklifts are used.
How old do I need to be?
You need to be 18 or over.
When will I hear from you?
Kasper calls you within one to two working days after you have filled in your profile.
