Warehouse jobs in Middelfart – no experience needed, plenty of hours

If you live in Middelfart or West Funen, there is warehouse work a quarter of an hour away. Our team in Taulov is just across the Little Belt, and it costs nothing to drive over the bridge.

We are always looking for people for container unloading, packing and general warehouse work. You are employed as a temp, but with plenty of hours. There is work all year round.

Across the bridge to Taulov

From Middelfart it is about 15 minutes to Taulov on the E20. Unlike the Great Belt, there is no toll on the Little Belt Bridge, so the trip only costs you fuel — and if you join the carpool, not even that.

If you live in Strib, Nørre Aaby, Ejby, Gelsted or Brenderup, the trip is 10–20 minutes longer. Taulov is one of Denmark's largest transport and logistics areas, so there are far more warehouse jobs on the other side of the bridge than on West Funen.

What the work is like

The work is container unloading, sorting onto pallets, picking and packing — and warehouse work with a forklift for those who hold a licence. You are trained from your first shift and have a team leader on site every day. We have had zero workplace accidents in 42,440 registered working hours, and we intend to keep it that way.

Does it cost anything to cross the bridge?

No. The Little Belt Bridge is free — only the Great Belt Bridge charges a toll.

How long does the trip take?

About 15 minutes from Middelfart to Taulov on the E20.

Can I get a lift?

Yes. We run carpooling to Taulov, and people from the Funen side are already in the cars.

What will I earn?

Pay and conditions follow the collective agreement, and wages are paid monthly. We will tell you the exact rate when we call — including the supplements for evenings, nights and weekends.

How many hours can I get?

You decide. Some people want full weeks, others want a few shifts alongside studies or another job. We have enough work for both — it is not a few days of work and then nothing.

Do I need to speak Danish?

Danish or English is enough. We speak Danish on the team, but your team leader can easily explain things in English if that is easier for you.

Do I need warehouse experience?

No. Most people on our teams started without any experience. You are trained by a team leader who is on site every day.

Is there an app?

Yes. Once you are set up with us, you get the MTEK GROUP app for iPhone and Android. That is where you bid on open shifts, see your calendar and follow your hours and supplements for the period. You log in with your phone number and a code sent by text. The app itself is in Danish. Read more about the app.

Can I get a forklift licence?

Yes. Once you have been with us for three months, we pay for your forklift licence. If you already have one, tell us straight away — we have jobs where forklifts are used.

How old do I need to be?

You need to be 18 or over.
