Warehouse jobs in the Triangle Region and South Jutland
MTEK is a Danish staffing company with four teams: Taulov (near Fredericia), Børkop (near Vejle), Aabenraa and Padborg. We are always looking for people for container unloading, packing and general warehouse work.
You do not need to speak Danish. English is enough on the floor, and your team leader can explain everything in English.

What the work is
Most of our work is container unloading. Containers are driven in, emptied box by box, and the goods are registered and sorted onto pallets as you go. There is also packing, picking and general warehouse work — and forklift driving if you hold a licence.
It is physical work at a steady pace, but you do not need experience. Most people on our teams had never worked in a warehouse before they started. You are trained from your first shift by a team leader who is there every day.
Where you would work
Taulov, just west of Fredericia, is our largest team and sits in one of Denmark's busiest transport and logistics areas. Børkop, between Vejle and Fredericia, works with container unloading. In South Jutland we have teams in Aabenraa and in Padborg at the German border.
We run carpooling to all four sites, so you do not need your own car. Tell us where you live, and we will work out the transport together.
Hours, pay and conditions
You decide how many hours you want. Full weeks, or a few shifts alongside studies or another job — both work. We have day, evening, night and weekend shifts.
Pay and conditions follow the Danish collective agreement, and wages are paid monthly. We will tell you the exact rate when we call you.
You need to be 18 or over and have the right to work in Denmark.
The app comes with the job
Once you are set up with us, you get access to the MTEK GROUP app for iPhone and Android. You log in with your phone number and a code sent by text — there is no password to remember.
Open shifts appear in the app, and you bid on the ones you want with a single tap. If you get the shift, it goes straight into your calendar, and you can withdraw a bid if your plans change.
The app also shows your registered hours for the period, what each shift paid and which supplements were added — for example Sunday and public holiday rates. Your calendar, news from the office and your own details are all in there too.
We pay for your forklift licence
After three months with us, we pay for your forklift licence. You do not pay anything up front, and the licence is yours to keep.
If you already hold a valid licence, tell us straight away — we have jobs where forklifts are used.
What we do not offer
We do not provide housing or help finding somewhere to live. You need to live in the area already, or have your own arrangement in place.

The link opens a short form: your name, where you live, which towns you can work in and when you are available. The form is in Danish and English.

We call you
Kasper calls you within one to two working days and tells you about the teams, the shifts and the pay.

We match you with a team that fits your transport and your hours. You get safety equipment and training from day one.

Do I need to speak Danish?
No. Danish or English is enough. We speak Danish on the team, but your team leader can explain things in English.
Do I need experience?
No. Most of our people started without warehouse experience and were trained on site.
Do you help with housing?
No. We hire people who already live in the area or have their own arrangement.
Is there an app?
Yes — the MTEK GROUP app for iPhone and Android. You bid on open shifts, see your calendar and follow your hours and supplements for the period. You log in with your phone number and a code sent by text.
